Loobikka chammanthi
Loobikka is one of my favourite. Try this simple and spicy
loobikka chammanthi.
Ingredients:

Pickled
loobikka (refer notes ) – 10
· Shallots-5
·
Kaanthaari
mulaku (bird’s eye chilly)-5
·
Coconut oil-2 tbsp
·
Salt to
taste
Preparation:
- Crush together loobikka,
kaanthaari mulak and shallots along with salt.
- Make sure that they are just
crushed and not make it a paste.
- Add coconut oil and mix
well.
Note:
- For pickling loobikka wash and drain them. In jar put the loobikkas and pour boiled and cooled water. Add enough salt. Keep it for few days.
- You may add green chilli or chilli powder instead of kaanthaari mulak.
