Spicy Chicken Roast



Bored of your regular dishes????? Try this Spicy Chicken Roast...


Ingredients:



Chicken - 1Kg
Dried Red Chillies -  75Gm
Turmeric powder -  1tsp
Chicken masala powder -  2tsp
Vinegar -  5tsp
Garlic paste -  4tsp
Ginger paste -  4 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Green chilli  - 2 halved
Onion slices -  few
Lemon - 1/2 wedge
Cooking Oil
Salt to taste


Preparation:

1.      Clean and cut the Chicken into small pieces.  
2.      Add vinegar, ginger paste and enough salt to it. Mix well and keep it for 15 mins. 
3.      Cook the soaked dried red chillies and make a paste of it. 
4.   Add turmeric powder, chicken masala powder and ginger paste to the red chilli paste. Marinate the Chicken pieces with this paste for 15 mins. 
5.      Deep fry these pieces in hot oil to make it crispy. 
6.      Garnish with  fried curry leaves and green chillies. Serve with raw onion slices and lemon wedges.
