Mango milk shake



       Mango milk shake is a tempting and delicious milk shake which can be easily prepared with milk and mango. It is one of the milk shakes which we often make during summer time when mangoes are easily available. Make it ...bet everyone will enjoy it....



Ingredients

·         Ripe mango - 2 or 3
·        Ginger -  1/2 inch piece
·        Dry fruits ( almonds or cashews chopped )- 2 tbsp
·       Milk - 3 cup ( boiled and chilled )     
·       Sugar to taste
·      Cardamom - 1 pod

Preparation:
  1. Wash the mangoes and peel them. Cut it into pieces.
  2. Add mango pieces in a blender.
  3. Add chilled milk, enough sugar and 1 cardamom pod.  
  4. Blend everything to get a smooth and frothy paste.
  5. Serve and garnish with chopped nuts.
Note:

Add sugar as per your desired level of sweetness.
