Easy Chicken fry


Chicken fry is everyone's favourite. Its comes as a tempting side dish or an absolute starter. This is an easy and simple recipe. Hope you will have a try on this. Enjoy...

Ingredients

·         Chicken - 1/2 kg
·         Kashmir chilli powder-1tsp
·         Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
·         Chicken masala powder – 1 tsp
·         Garlic paste -  2 tsp
·         Ginger paste -  2 tsp
·          Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
·         Cooking oil(preferably coconut oil)
·         Salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. Clean and cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces with kashmir chilli powder, turmeric powder, masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it for 15-30 mins so that the flavours get absorbed well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Deep fry the chicken pieces till done.
  5. Remove from flame and drain excess oil. Serve hot.
Note:
1.       You can also use pepper powder instead of kashmiri chilli powder. Kashmir chilli gives a tempting color.
