Ingredients

Chicken -
1/2 kg
·
Kashmir
chilli powder-1tsp
·
Turmeric
powder – 1/2tsp
·
Chicken
masala powder – 1 tsp
·
Garlic
paste - 2 tsp
·
Ginger
paste - 2 tsp
· Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
·
Cooking
oil(preferably coconut oil)
·
Salt to
taste
Preparation:
- Clean and cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with kashmir chilli powder, turmeric powder, masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it for 15-30 mins so that the flavours get absorbed well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces till done.
- Remove from flame and drain excess oil. Serve hot.
Note:
1.
You can also use pepper powder instead of kashmiri
chilli powder. Kashmir chilli gives a tempting color.
