Inchi thairu ( Ginger curd )

Ingredients

Ginger(
crushed or grated) - 1 inch piece
· Green chilli (Finely chopped)-1
medium sized·
·
Coriander
leaves (Finely chopped)- 1 sprig
·
Curd - 1
cup
·
Salt to
taste
Preparation:
- Take a bowl.
- Mix together crushed ginger, chopped green chilli, curd and enough salt.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note:
1.
You can also add chopped onion and curry leaves if required.
