Inchi thairu ( Ginger curd )



     Inji thairu is a common Kerala dish served along with rice. Ginger aids digestion. This can be easily prepared with simple ingredients. Try this quick recipe..

Ingredients

·         Ginger( crushed or grated) - 1 inch piece
 ·       Green chilli (Finely chopped)-1 medium sized·      
·         Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)- 1 sprig        
·         Curd - 1 cup
·         Salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Mix together crushed ginger, chopped green chilli, curd and enough salt.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note:
1.       You can also add chopped onion and curry leaves if required.
