Rava ladoo ( semolina ladoo )
Rava ladoo is a quick and easy to
make sweet in less time. Try this wonderful sweet for this diwali.

Ingredients

Fine Rava / semolina
- 1 cup
·
Sugar ( Powdered
)- 3/4 cup
·
Ghee (
Melted ) – 1/4 cup
· Broken cashew - 2 tbsp
·
Cardamom
powder - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Roast the broken cashews till golden brown. Keep aside.
- To the pan add 2 tbsp ghee and rava. Roast till nice aroma comes.
- Take a bowl. Mix together powdered sugar, cardamom and rava.
- Add remaining melted ghee into this bowl. Also add the fried cashews.
- Mix everything together and make round balls with your hands.
Note:
1.
You can powder the fried rava to make the ladoo
more fine.
2.
Take care to stir the rava continuously so that
it won't get burnt.
