Rava ladoo ( semolina ladoo )



Rava ladoo is a quick and easy to make sweet in less time. Try this wonderful sweet for this diwali.

Ingredients

·         Fine Rava / semolina - 1 cup
·         Sugar ( Powdered )- 3/4 cup
·         Ghee ( Melted )  – 1/4 cup
·          Broken cashew - 2 tbsp
·         Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Preparation:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Roast the broken cashews till golden brown. Keep aside.
  3. To the pan add 2 tbsp ghee and rava. Roast till nice aroma comes.
  4. Take a bowl. Mix together powdered sugar, cardamom and rava.
  5. Add remaining melted ghee into this bowl. Also add the fried cashews.
  6. Mix everything together and make round balls with your hands.
Note:
1.       You can powder the fried rava to make the ladoo more fine.
2.       Take care to stir the rava continuously so that it won't get burnt.
