Raw mango juice
Raw mango juice is a refreshing summer drink. Its made from raw mango along with ginger and sweetened with sugar or honey. Lets beat the summer with this easy raw mango juice.
Ingredients:
- Raw mango - 1
- Ginger - 1 small piece chopped
- Sugar - as needed
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 2 cup
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the raw mango into small pieces.
- Take a grinder and grind raw mango pieces with chopped ginger, sugar and a little water to make a paste.
- Dilute the mango paste by adding more water. Add a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Strain the diluted mango juice and add more sugar if needed.
Notes:
- You can avoid sugar and add honey.
- You can store the mango paste in refrigerator for 1 week. Dilute and use whenever needed.
